International Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. Product Pricing
All product prices are quoted on an ex-works (EXW) Singapore store basis.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges cover freight and insurance only. They do not include any local taxes, customs fees and import duties.
3. Incoterms
All shipments are arranged under Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country.
4. Lead Time
Standard lead time is 1–3 working days for warehouse dispatch upon order confirmation and payment. All lead times are subject to prior sales and stock availability.
