Syarat & Ketentuan Pengiriman Internasional

1. Harga Produk

Semua harga produk tercantum berdasarkan harga ex-works (EXW) toko di Singapura.

2. Biaya Pengiriman

Biaya pengiriman hanya mencakup ongkos kirim dan asuransi. Biaya ini belum termasuk pajak daerah, biaya bea cukai, dan bea masuk.

3. Incoterms

Semua pengiriman diatur berdasarkan Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Ini berarti pembeli bertanggung jawab untuk membayar bea masuk, pajak, dan biaya bea cukai setelah barang tiba di negara tujuan.

4. Waktu Tunggu

Waktu tunggu standar adalah 1–3 hari kerja untuk pengiriman gudang setelah konfirmasi pesanan dan pembayaran. Semua waktu tunggu tergantung pada penjualan sebelumnya dan ketersediaan stok.

Shipping Information

International Deliveries (Non-DG Items Only)

  • All prices on BuyNav are quoted on an Ex-Works (EXW) Singapore basis.
  • International shipments are arranged under Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means:

  • Shipping charges quoted cover freight and insurance only
  • Any import duties, taxes, GST/VAT, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and payable upon arrival in the destination country
  • Final delivery charges will be confirmed based on:
  • Destination address
  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Courier availability

A member of our sales team will prepare a formal shipping quotation for all international orders prior to dispatch.

Batteries & Battery-Related Items (Dangerous Goods – DG)

Due to international air transport regulations, batteries and battery-related products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG).

International Delivery

  • Permitted only if receiving logistics party is able to handle DG
  • Subject to courier acceptance (e.g., FedEx or other shipping partners)
  • Delivery availability must be confirmed based on the destination address and item type

Lead Time

  • 3-5 days lead time upon full payment receipt

  • All lead times are subject to prior sales and stock availability
  • In the event of stock delays, our team will notify you promptly

  • Contact number
  • Billing address
  • Shipping/delivery address
